10 Hour Wholesaler Contract

I am wondering if anyone has worked with Justin Wilmot and has the contract he uses for the 10 hour wholesaler? I don't want to buy into the $5k program he is selling as I think I am capable of doing it on my own, but I would just like the contract to then have it looked at by a lawyer. 

I am willing to buy the contract if anyone has it!
