How to found your boots on the ground in virtually wholesale?

Hi y’all!

I’m starting to learn about wholesaling and I’m sooooo ready to work hard and keep educating myself to have a successful bussines. I know that for virtually wholesale you will need to get some good boots on the ground in whatever market you are going into. HOW I FOUND THAT PERSON OUT OF STATE TO INSPECT THE PROPERTY? This person can give me an estimate of the cost to fixed the property? How many “boots” are exactly need it? Where to found this “boot”?

Depends - your first task is how to find distressed homeowners. Have you thought about that yet? And yes virtually wholesaling had gotten much easier based on technology over the years! That’s exciting that you are diving into this.

You can hire people on Craigslist or just google "real estate photographers in XYZ" You can pay $30 to $200 a pop just for some guy to go out and take pictures of the property. But I usually just pay $50 on Craigslist. You will then need to "inspect" the property via the photos they provide and base repairs off of that. Yes you can get pictures from the person selling you the property but I only would go off of that as a last resort.
