Wholesaling wisdom & guidance
Fairly new to wholesaling. Took a dive last month to give it a shot myself, seems pretty simple with all that I’ve learn through FB groups, videos, and crash courses. However, I’m needing more personal guidance through getting my first deal. I’ve come across so many situations where hope seems at reach but all hell breaks loose. I maybe doing something wrong, but this where I need that personal guidance to walk me through it. My goal is start with wholesaling to gain enough capital to then start investing into my own properties. Would love to connect with anyone willing to guide me through it and can absolutely bring any value I can offer myself!
