I am really brand new about to take action on whatever deal i can.
My question is, is it a good idea to go do a wholesale through a real estate agent. Here is the story:
I started by contacting a number and saying that i am a real estate investor looking to buy some houses CASH, on craigslist about a property that looked not so good and was for sale, and he told me that it was already sold. A few hours later he called me back letting me know he got another listing around the corner that ide be interested in. So would it be a good idea to do that? And if it is what do i do from there and say? And what are the pros and cons going that route.
