Beginner In Wholesale

Hey there everyone,

My name is Tyler, a 20-year old rising junior at the University of South Carolina. I just recently joined BP and have been doing a lot of research lately in order to educate myself on real estate investing.

As a result, I've decided wholesaling is what I should do to get started. I will return to school in a few weeks (I'm from Wilmington, Delaware), and will want to hit the ground running.

What would be the first few things I should focus on? I am very green at this and am always open to advice and suggestions. I'm here to learn as much as I can and to make some money, and what better way to do it than with all of you to help!

Feel free to contact me by replying, via email at [email protected], or by telephone at (302) 367-4617. Thank you in advance for any suggestions! I can't wait to hear from you!!
