Newbie with question about wholesaling

Im confused as to how much opportunity there is to wholesale and fix n flip.

Can we run out of houses to do these strategies on? If so, are we close?

I know there are tons of wholesalers and fix n flippers but I have no understanding as to how much inventory there is.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thank you

Replied

There are already more aspiring wholesalers, for whatever reason, than there are suitable wholesale properties.
