Wholesaling cold call

Ander Lantigua
Posted

Hey, I’m 15, recently pulled 500 leads in one single market, I’ve called 30 people so far all “ not looking to sell”. And I also feel like not doing it anymore, but I want to so bad, any tips? I feel really nervous and that’s why I don’t keep calling? Help PLEASE.

30 people is nothing. It takes me around 70 dials just to get someone to pick up the phone sometimes. It takes around 2000 dials to get a deal deal. Get a multiline dialer. It's all a numbers game and follow up is key. No one said this is easy.
