Any good cold calling companies?

Question

We have a large list of real estate leads that we have tried mailing/texting but have gotten no response.  I would like to try cold calling and see the results that yields both on the aforementioned list and on the list we have of targeted, driving for dollars leads.  Anyone have any luck with a reasonably priced, reputable company?  I have reached out to a few online and have had trouble getting a response.

@Patrick Drury I appreciate the suggestion, and do a little in house, but am looking at 60,000 leads. (I would start with outsourcing maybe ~2000) I don't have the time to tackle it all and am willing to outsource even if they aren't as successful as I may be.

@Patrick Drury is right. You want to start off cold calling yourself. When you master it, then you can hire a VA and train them up. The hire another one. Wasting money on a bunch of guys you can't train is a recipe for disaster.

I recommend you just cold-call yourself self it sucks, no one likes it, and it's uncomfortable. The reason I recommend that is they might be trained and operate a different way from how you want them to call maybe different scripts could be tonality etc. Also, what's stopping them from stealing your deal (could just be me a little paranoid). You don't form that connection and set yourself apart to make them want to sell you miss out on that. After the person you're paying calls them, they then pass them off to you it would probably feel transactional on their end it doesn't matter if it is, you don't want them to feel that way. Lastly, most of those people, you can pay to call for you are not in the US so when someone else hears a foreign voice they instantly hang up or think it's a scam for the most part not going to say it doesn't work because it does, but I think doing it yourself has a higher success rate.
