New to the Real Estate world

Real Estate has been on my mind for years, and aside from keeping super busy due to being in the military, I have never had the courage/confidence to pursue this business!! But I have a family now, and it is growing, and in order for me to achieve the financial freedom and stability I want for my family and myself, I have decided to finally go after this dream of mine. The long term goal is to own multiple rental properties and live off the cash flow. But for the moment I just really, really want to learn to wholesale, until I can earn enough so that I could then start to actually invest at some point down the line. Any advice and or recommendations would be a blessing and greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!!

@Tony Encarnacion Welcome to Bigger Pockets! You'll find there are lots of fellow military folks on these forums eager to help others learn more about real estate. I highly recommend focusing on your networking and increasing your RE knowledge if you want to be successful in real estate. This forum is a great way to do both. Another game-changer is joining a mastermind group. Find one that focuses on real estate and fits what you want out of a group.

I joined the War Room mastermind, started by @Stuart Grazier and @david pere a little over a year ago and it has been great! There are lots of active duty folks crushing it in real estate out there. I'm happy to chat more about real estate with you and share what I've learned.

Best of luck and keep us updated on your journey.
