Newbie to Wholesale Real Estate

Hello everyone! I am so glad I found this platform. I currently reside in the York County, SC area and I am interested in learning how to wholesale. I am completely new to real estate and I would like to start off with wholesaling. I have a bit of knowledge about it, however I could definitely use more. Could anyone provide me with information or advice about wholesale? I need help most with finding and/or creating the right and best contract for both seller and buyer and finding a title company or closing attorney. Overall, how to get my feet on the ground and start my journey.

I am also new to wholesaling. I have gotten one deal under contract and I started a few months ago. Propstream is very helpful. I am still learning everyday myself. I hope this was helpful to you.
