Title company service / wholesale contract
Hello ,My name is Bouche from futuristic Real Estate investment LLC,I currently have a wholesale contract an I need an agent to help me make sure the title is clear ,an open escrow on this deal ? I currently have two wholesale contracts an one has a 500.00 non refundable fee in the terms ,what will be the fees for both wholesale contracts ? I need to open escrow immediately to make both titles are clear ,Thank for you time Greatly appreciated
