Where do I start, when I want to make a wholesale?

Question

Hello to everyone and thanks.
	The situation is the following - I am not a citizen of the US. I'm a foreign student, I live in LA and I got some knowledge in Real Estate (US specific). What I don't know is, where exactly to look for a good wholesale deal and where to look for investors to sell it to. All I need in the next month is a single deal, worth 3-7 thousand, maybe a bit more. After that I go back to my home country and lose the opportunity to do it. Where do I start?

We spoke on facebook, I thought depending on the language he spoke that it would be an opportunity to leverage it with that community in LA.

Penko is Bulgarian and after talking, he is very excited about the market there and I suggested he perhaps leverage his ability to navigate his homeland and get investors buying properties there.

It's not wholesaling, but I'm a big believer in leveraging what you have to your advantage and making that work. I think its a solid plan for him since he travels between here and Bulgaria and believes there is a good recovering market there. Not sure what'll happen next, I also directed him towards educational materials to get him up to speed on the process of wholesaling.

well if I read your post correctly your not going to land your deal over night.  if you do it's probably a fluke.  if you don't know much about real esate  and wanting your plan to work in a month than you have a ton of work to do!  hope it works out for you.  start by reading the free begginers guid  from BP.
