Properties with renters
I'm dealing with a seller who has six properties that he wants to sell. The rub is that all six have tenants. My question is how do you guys handle these situations where you have to honor the existing lease? I don't intend to be in the landlord business. Are these tough to wholesale?

They can be sold! To rehabbers or buy and holders. Depends on the condition and structure of how they are done.
