Skip tracing (Wholesaling virtually)

Is there a better way to Skip trace properties ? Currently I use Whitepages premium and most of the time the phone numbers they offer usually always say that they are out of service or been deleted when I call. Does that mean I just have to find another property and see if I get lucky with the numbers, or is there a better way ?

I use batchleads.io and the results are pretty good.  I also use Spokeo for ones where I need to try to see if there are any other numbers out there.
