Wholesale Contract Contingency

Lisa James

Hello everyone! I need help with a contingency!
This will be my first time using a contingency in my contract. The homeowner is selling two properties and she want a contingency stating that both houses have to be sold together.
Can someone show/tell me to how I would word that in my contract?

Thank you in advance!!

You'll need the seller to clarify the condition. Does she want both to sell to the same buyer, or both to close at the same time?

Likely the latter. So you would include a "contemporaneous closing" requirement in each contract... tying the two transactions together with respect to timing.
