Atlanta Area Wholesaling Advice

Hi everyone! New in the real estate investment biz and looking for some guidance. Are there assignment contracts specific to the Atlanta, GA area? I would like to be prepared when I find my first deal. Also, please share any advice you wish you had known when you began your wholesaling journey.
