Contract that can be used in Florida?

I am looking for a wholesaler in Florida that can recommend, or send a downloadable contract that they have successfully used on regular occasions with their wholesale deals. Both seller, and assignment contracts.

get the FARBAR 2010 As Is Edition purchase agreement.  You'll need a separate assignment agreement which is simpler.
