Pulling Lists - Is There a Free Resource?

Emily Ellis
Posted

There are many sites which I know of in which you can pay either a per list fee, or a subscription fee, to have access to motivated seller lists.

My question is does anyone have any recommendations for ways to obtain these lists that may be more affordable? (ie. calling local town offices??, etc.) I am mainly interested in tax delinquent properties that are in jeopardy of being auctioned, specifically owing $10k+. Is the absolute only way to get the information for these leads to pay a third party site?

Thanks in advance for your input,

Hey @Emily Ellis! Check out your county's public trustee office, they should be able to get you what you're looking for but will likely still be a cost, just hopefully lower :)
