Wholesaling OWNER OCCUPIED home?
What is the process for wholesaling an owner occupied home? Obviously there a few more moving parts involved. You have to be able to make sure the house is sold, and provide the owner with enough time to exit and move with his belongings.
How would you typically do this? Add an addendum that gives the home owner X amount of days after closing of the property to vacate the premises?
