Wholesaling in Savannah, GA
Hey yall! I'm a new wholesaler here in historic Savannah, GA. I have had a couple of great leads and even one appointment but I'm not sure how to go about dealing with a seller whom is requesting 45k interest money for instance nor do I know what my contract would need to say specifically in such an instance. All help and/or advice is welcomed!
