Wholesaling land with shared interest?

Hello, I think I found a great deal on land but it has shared interest is it possible to wholesale it?

@Natalie Mendoza depending on how it is titled then most likely he can sell just his share. However no one is likely to want to buy just a share of a piece of property.  I wouldn't bother.

@Natalie Mendoza if all owners want to sell then yes. If only one owner wants to sell then it MAY be theoretically possible to wholesale only their interest, but likely you would never find a buyer.
