Hello, I have a potential seller but the problem that I ran into was that there is no water or sewage. Should this be a red flag or is there buyers out there who will still buy these?

Is it raw land out in the middle of nowhere? Is there water close or no water so that you have to drill a well. That should all be reflected in the price that you are going to buy and sell for.

Figure how much it costs to drill a well, put in a septic system, electrical lines, etc.
