Someone help me remember. I read a blog the other day, it had two parts, dealing with letter campaign to vacant properties, absentee owners. The author had a suggestion of attaching a photo of the house to the letter. However, I cannot remember the author's name nor the blog name. I'd like to read it again.
Can someone point me to this blog?
