wheres the best place to find buyers? im currently in the louisville, ky market and need a solid buyers list. What are the hot areas in this market to start wholesaling and where are people interested in buying? any help or info would be superbbbb.

@William Christopher West a buyers list is the least of your worries starting out. You just need to start marketing as much as possible. If you lock up a good deal, there are plenty of other wholesalers who can JV the deal with you to help get it sold. There are a few good Louisville investment Facebook groups that you can post deals in and there will be plenty of buyers. You can also scoop up tons of emails from buyers in these groups as well
