Retail/mls instead of wholesale?
Ok so I am talking with an Executor of his parents home. Comps has it at 649K. Home is was built in 2001. It is outdated but totally livable. If I wanted to turn around and sell it retail/mls what price should I be offering? Thanks for the help!
