Wholesaling in north carolina

Hi, my name is noesha and i am new to wholesaling I have not figured it all out yet. But if someone could assist me understanding the need of an attorney and title company- like are both needed? and how does the charges work with double closing having to put the house in your name then sell it to the buyer- you need actual all the funds for the home? thanks !

@Noesha Ferrell yes, your closing attorney would order the title search and title insurance.  You WILL NOT buy the property without title ran for clear and insurable title.  But those are things your Attorney handles.  

For now, you just need to make sure you have an end buyer lined up for your property so you can perform for your seller.  Once all contracts are signed, get them over to the Closing Attorney that you have listed on your contract and let the closing attorney start their process.  Title usually take 3-7 business days depending on workload and what they find.  Once that is done and closing attorney reviews, then a closing date can about be scheduled soon after for your final closings.
