Putting your primary residence in a Trust.
Is it advisable to use "legal zoom" or "will & trust" ? Is it better to contact an attorney? Curious to know the best way to go about it? How smooth was the process? What is the order of operations ?
Create the trust
Fund the trust
Contact the lender to update the owner
Update the deed in your county
Am I missing something ?
