STR Insurance Options

I am researching different STR insurance options and am wondering if anyone has experience using Safely and what your experience has been. It looks like you do also need to carry your own homeowner policy as well. Or, what other options do you recommend. I have reached out to a few companies that indicate they will not cover in Florida including CBIZ and American Modern. Proper does cover, but am wondering about other options and cost considerations. Many local insurance companies in FL indicated they will not or do not have options to cover STR, or very limited number of stays (i.e., less than 3-5 per year). Thank you.
