REI Choice / Arcana Insurance
Hello!
Since July of 2014 I have used NREIG for insurance for my rentals but as of November 2021 when they switch payment methods things have gotten progressively worse with regards to my interaction with the company and now that they have "lost" one of my payments (I paid and have sent them the NREIG receipt as well as my bank statement showing the deduction but they can't find it on there end) I am looking into other insurance companies. I have gotten some quotes but so far none have come close to even matching NREIG. As of this morning though I found REI Choice which looks like it was bought by Arcana Insurance. I see another post from about 2 years ago asking if anyone has used them but wanted to see if anyone has used them and filed a claim since as they seem like a viable replacement if they are a legitimate company.
