Landlord insurance policies

I own a duplex in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Milwaukee and have been having a heck of a time getting decent quotes for insurance since it is no longer my primary residence. Wondering if anyone would be willing to share how much they pay for a landlord policy for a duplex and any recommended companies. I've been quoted with two broker agencies and one company and they all seem ridiculously high.

 Katie, I'm based in Milwaukee and actually lived in the Heights in the past.  Happy to give you feed back on the quotes you have.
