What insurance do you use?
Hey BP, I’m looking to switch all my properties over to a new insurance company due to some troubles I’m having with the one I’m using now. Do most of you guys use a big national company? Or a smaller more local company? If national, do you have any recommendations? And if you happen to live in NE Ohio (Akron, Canton, Medina) do you have anyone local you recommend? Thanks a bunch!

Always hire an Insurance Broker so that you do not have to shop insurance yourself on a yearly basis. Grab someone who understands investors and knows how to cover your assets with cash flow in mind.
