Denied claim by NREIG

Anthony Bright
Posted

Hey I recently brought a renovation policy from NREIG for a property . During the policy term I had a break in and filed a claim. In the denial letter it said my claim was denied because building was under renovation. What would be your next step if the insurance had no answers ?

Replied

After paying NREIG several years of premium for ~28 units, I had two roof claims from a storm that came thru Dallas. They declined both claims. I dropped NREIG.
