Need Help Finding Insurance on Duplex Flip in New Orleans

I'm a mortgage broker assisting a client with a duplex flip in New Orleans. The current Insurance broker can only get a quote from "La Citizens Fairplan," which the lender won't accept. I have called numerous insurance agencies in the area and have had no success. Can anyone recommend a broker with more carrier options for insurance? Your help is appreciated!
