Best insurance for Lost Rent Coverage and Eviction Legal coverage

Hi, 

I own three properties, one SFR, and 2 small condos.
Now I need to shop for insurance that gives the best support in terms of eviction legal coverage and lost rent coverage because of an event that happened last time in one of the properties. 

Question for the community: Should I buy landlord insurance together for all three properties? (for better discount) or should I shop individually?

Please suggest to me some of the best insurance in terms of Lost Rent Coverage and Eviction Legal coverage (Like Zillow Lost rent coverage or Avail's lost rent coverage)
