SFM with trailers in the yard

Just had a chance to review a property that has two trailers in the backyard. Current owner leases them out on cash basis to two different individuals. He also has two different tenants that rent the house as well. The cash flow is really nice but I just ran into issues finding an insurance for the proterty with two trailers in the back. 

How do I handle a situation like this? Are there insurance companies dealing with a set up like this? 

My gut feeling tells me that his a bad deal, especially if something happens to those trailers in a storm. I will be opening myself up to a lot of liability in case something goes wrong.
