Lender placed insurance policy for private lender
I'm a private lender in Florida and need to place a policy on a commercial property that is heading for foreclosure. I've not been able to locate a company that will provide this coverage to an individual lender. Does anyone have a recommendation for finding this type of policy in Florida?
