Advice needed on finding landlord insurance...
For those who rent a townhouse from the owner in their entities name (like an LLC or S-Corp), then sub-let to a tenant (rental arbitrage) - who are you using for your Insurance carrier? I am an S-Corp owner renting from the townhouse owner, then sub-letting the property to a tenant. I am having trouble finding a carrier to quote me a basic liability policy. Any recommendations would be sincerely appreciated.
