Insurance for Fixer Upprer

Robert Owen
Posted

Hello All,

I have a fixer-upper I'm working on, but it needs a whole gut renovation, and since the house in unihabitabvle, insurance won't cover it (at least the ones I found so far). I am looking for connections or optinos ot insurance agencies that would insure this project to its completion

You need a builders risk policy- I've used foremost for previous flips. I believe they're nationwide.
