need renovation insurance for a mixed use building

I have had the same insurance provider for sometime. They allow me to pay monthly while I renovate property. I am in the midst of a very long and expensive reno project on a mixed use 3 unit building in Massachusetts. I am looking for some cheaper options until the building is back in service. Anyone have some referrals they can share?
