Best insurance for rentals in Alabama
I'm trying to find the best insurance company for rental property insurance coverage in Birmingham, Alabama. Obviously price is a big factor . Please reply and let me know who you are using , your opinion of them, and any quirks. For example I used to have Traveler's but they limited me to 8 properties and raised rates considerably in 2013.
