Hello, any recommendation on who to get liability and fire insurance on rehab property till it sells? What is the typical monthly payment. Any recommendations on what to get or not get?

Typical monthly - really depends on what you're covering. But it's expensive - something like $100/mo should be no surprise for a vacant place.
