Public adjuster recommendation in NOVA/DC?MD

Hi,

Can somebody please recommend Public Adjuster in Northern Virginia area for home insurance claim for fire damage. My rental town home got on fire because of grilling done by Tenant. What is the % amount charged by Public Adjusters and is it negotiable ?What are the pros and cons of hiring Public Adjuster? Any advice will be highly appreciated.
