Condo insurance in Oklahoma

Planning on purchasing a condo in Tulsa, Ok and was calling around insurance quotes. I called Allstate and asked for a quote on a landlords policy. For a decent policy that covers fire etc they quoted me $187/month. That's seems ridiculously high to me! Especially when the HOA covers everything outside the condo. I don't if part of the cost is me being young or because I've never a policy before. What would be cheaper? Liability insurance only? Any advice would great! Thanks!

I use REIGuard for insurance on all my investment properties in Oklahoma and other states.  Great rates, can cover vacant or rehabbing or occupied rentals.  Can also cover for ACV instead of rebuild value. And also can cancel from month to month.  They have saved me a lot of money in premiums.
