Duplex insurance review

After reading this forum, I started to wonder if I have a good insurance on my property.

It's a duplex that was built in 1944, 2 bedrooms 1 bath per side. I live on one side and rent out the other side and this is my insurance coverage. Am covered enough? Thanks
