Insurance in TX: DP1 with Replacement Cost?

Question

I'm searching for insurance carriers in Texas who offer DP1 with Replacement Cost.  The policy I'm on now has this, and I know of one more carrier.  Anyone willing to share a name of a carrier that offers it?

I'm asking because my current carrier won't let me add another DP1 policy unless I also move my PR & Auto to them, which I'm not planning on doing.

Someone mentioned Goosehead.  I would be very cautious using a Goosehead agent.  You will pay a policy fee upfront in the amount of $195 that you will not pay through a regular independent agent anywhere else.

@Brit F. The reason your current carrier wants you to move your personal lines to them is that the types of policies you want, DP1, are supplementary policies and not meant to stand alone.  There just isn't enough profit in them and the others help pave the way.  On the other hand,  you might check your phone book for a company selling Hocheim Prairie.  They are a good company and may be able to offer you those policies and others you might need in your real estate investing.

@Brit F. have you tried Goosehead Insurance?  I'm not so sure about the DP1 but they do offer a lot of options and they operate in Texas pretty well.
