LIVING TRUST QUESTION

Hi there my aunt just inherited a home from her father who passed away the house is in a living trust she continues to reach out to the lawyer who drafted the trust but he will not return the call. We want to know if there is any action she needs to take to be able to take possession of the home or will the living trust automatically put her as the owner?
