Insurance Company Recommendation - Syracuse

We are in Syracuse, New York and are shopping for insurance on our single family rentals to see if we can lower our overhead.  

We purchase houses and then rehab them prior to renting (with the occasional flip).  The cost of our Builder's Risk policy seems too high.  We are looking for other options to see if there are better rates available to us.
