Does anyone know of any thorough and reasonably priced title companies here in Chicago? Please post recommendations

I agree with @Brie Schmidt, I know @Joe Mueller personally, he is a stand up guy and did start his own investor friendly title company. In fact I am personally using him for closing this month for a property I am selling.
