DP-3 Insurance Policies

I've recently entered the commercial lending realm for properties 10+ and am new to the LLC space. The commercial lender I'm planning on working with said they require DP-3 insurance policy.

Does anyone have good recommendations?  (I'm in MD, but assume national insurance providers carry this policy for investment properties).   

Are these policies significantly more expensive than a standard rental dwelling policy with someone like state farm (for example)?
