I'm buying a condo in Raleigh, NC to rent and I've been wondering if I can still use landlord insurance and if so, what is the best insurance broker in Wake or Durham county.

Thanks for the help!

@Jorge J Gonzalez with a single condo, you may find your best pricing bundling with your current home and auto policy.

The policy should run $200-$500 depending on how much you insure it for.  Good luck
